The Eco-Cape in Garwood, NJ will showcase JPR Wood’s initiative to develop, design, and construct residences that utilize sustainable, “green” technologies. The project, which is currently under construction, will achieve EnergyStar certification for homes. Features will include a high-efficiency heating and cooling system, a high performance thermal envelope, above average daylighting, high performance glass, and low toxicity finishes. JPR Wood is a member of the United States Green Building Council.
